GENERAL RULES/INFORMATION
The participant should be an employee of the registered company & not from any performing arts institutions/groups
Employees of participating corporates cannot participate individually in CTC Cyber
CTC would have no issues if participating corporate involves its third-party employees to participate in CTC representing the participating corporate

Photography and videography are strictly prohibited at city finale rounds and India Grand Finale
Copyrights of all videos and images captured/recorded during all the rounds belong to engage4more India private limited
The contents of the site are intended for your personal, non-commercial use. All materials published on the site (including, but not limited to news articles, photographs, images and video clips, also known as the "content") are protected by copyright and owned or controlled by engage4more India private limited or the party credited as the provider of the content. Participant shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any content accessed through the service
A participant may download or copy the content and other downloadable items displayed on the website or social media pages or services for personal use only, provided you maintain all copyright and other notices contained therein. Copying or storing of any content for other than personal use is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from engage4more India private limited
Organizers reserve the right to discontinue/cancel/change/alter/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of audition/registration process, at any time at their own discretion and without any prior notice, without assigning any reason and without any liability
The participant(s) shall be solely responsible to check for update/change on the CTC website
In the event of any violation of any terms and conditions or obligation or undertakings by the participant(s), herein mentioned and/or as required by organizers, shall immediately disqualify participant(s)
The participant(s) hereby agrees and confirms that all decisions of judges are final and binding and is non-contestable. The participant(s) shall neither question such process nor dispute the same in any manner
The participant(s) hereby agrees and confirms that it shall fully indemnify and hold harmless to CTC / its organizers / its sponsors and others, against any loss, claims, dispute, disruption etc. caused due to any act or omissions or misrepresentations or concealment of material facts and information or breach hereof by the participant(s)
By registering, it is deemed that participant(s) have read, understood, accepted and agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of CTC
50% cancellation amount will be charged in case of rescheduling/cancelling of the event within 15 days prior to the confirmed date of the event
REGISTRATION RULES AND REGULATIONS
Intra Corporate Round
Participants must register only via modes mentioned by the organizers or the HR of the corporate. Registrations by any other means will not be considered
A solo participant in music and singing category can only participate in music and singing respectively. However, he/she can be a musician or singer in rock band depending on their participating
A solo dancer can participate in both solo and group dance category. Participant needs to independently register for solo and group dancing
No transfer of registration is allowed
Participants in the Group Dance, Group Theatre Act, or Rock Rand must be the employees of same corporate
No participant of any other category can participate in Group Theatre Act
Top 4 performances of each category i.e. Solo Singing, Solo Music, Solo Dancing and 1 performance of Group Dance category will qualify for City Finale from each participating corporate in the intra-corporate round
The decision of judges is final and binding
In case of a tie, judges hold the power of a secret vote. No participant can question the secret voting by the judges
Organizers are not responsible for any health issues of the participant(s)
Participant(s) may be disqualified for failure to comply with any or all the rules and regulations of CTC
Elimination Rules (Category Wise)
MUSIC
Only solo participation is allowed
Participant has to bring his/her own instrument and instrument support
No accompaniments may be used e.g. synth, drums etc.
A participant may either cover a song or play their own composition
Performance should not be more than 2 minutes
SINGING
Only solo participation is allowed
No background music and reading lyrics while performing is allowed during eliminations
Judgment will be solely on the participant voice/vocals
No musical instruments like guitar, piano etc. are allowed during intra audition
Performance should not be more than 2 minutes
SOLO DANCING
Only solo participation is allowed
Each participant must bring his/her own track cd or a pen drive marked with participant name and number, cued and ready to play
The participant can arrange for any props that they may require for the performance
Performance should not be more than 2 minutes
GROUP DANCING
Size of the group should be minimum 3 and maximum 8
Each participant must bring his/her own track cd or a pen drive marked with participant name and number, cued and ready to play
The participant can arrange for any props that they may require for the performance
Performance should not be more than 2 minutes
City Finale Round
Qualifiers of intra corporate round in each category will compete for India Grand Finale
All the qualifiers need to register at the registration desk at City Finale venue
The pre-performance setup time allotted to all participants will be same
Participants can freely choose the intra round performance in city finale as per their discretion
A participant can perform in any language in any category
Organizers will not permit any instrument which disturbs the technical settings of the event
Basic technical setup will be provided by CTC which will be same for all the participants. CTC team is not obligated to provide any additional/special technical requirements (i.e. sound, light, stage sets etc.) to any participant(s)
Participants are allowed to bring their support crew/team (makeup artist, volunteers etc.) for city finale round
Participants travelling from other cities for city finale have to take care of accommodation, food and travelling on their own
Top 2 performances of each category i.e. Solo Singing, Solo Music, Solo Dancing and Group Dance, will qualify for India Grand Finale

Performance should not be more than 8 minutes
CTC ROCKSTAR (ROCK BAND)
Corporate to nominate ONE of their participating groups in CTC Rock Band category for City Finale
Size of the group should be minimum 3 members and maximum 10 members
Participating band should bring their own instruments for the audition performance
All the team members must be the employees of same corporate
Any prop, if required, must be bought by the participating team
Performance should not be more than 8 minutes
INDIA GRAND FINALE
Qualifiers from city finale round will compete for CTC Trophy in each category
All the finalists will be provided accommodation, food and local travelling (from the hotel to venue) by the organizers
Costumes and props for the acts are to be bought by participants
Photography and videography are strictly prohibited at India Grand Finale

The Participant(s) may be disqualified immediately from the competition if he or she commits any act that would adversely affect CTC, or any of its partners, or their organizational value without
