GENERAL INFORMATION

  • For Intra-corporate eliminations, duration of performance should not exceed more than 2 minutes.

  • For City Inter-corporate eliminations, duration of performance should not exceed more than 2 minutes.

  • For India Grand finale there will be 2 performances of 1 minute each.

  • All participants are requested not to use T-Series, Yash Raj or any English song in India Grand Finale, the same is allowed in other rounds (i.e. Intra - Corporate & Inter - Corporate Rounds)

  • CTC team will choreograph the India Grand Finale dance performances.

ENTRY RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Participant should be an employee of the registered company. CTC would have no issues if the participating corporate involves its third party employees to participate. But the third party employee will represent only for the participating corporate.

  • Entries will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. The maximum entries allowed for the competition is 70 performances (all mix categories) if any concerns then it will be at the discretion of the organizers.

  • A solo singer can only participate only in singing. A solo musician also can participate in Music category. A Solo dancer can participate in solo dance & group dance only.

  • Participant, who registers will participate for the auditions. There will be no transfer of registration.

  • The teammates in a team performance (respective to group dance must be employed with the same employer).

  • If in error the participant registers for two talent categories, registration of only one of the two will be accepted which can be decided by the participant him/her self.

  • Separate registrations are to be filled for separate performances (i.e. for Dance - solo/team).

  • For team dance participation, a leader needs to be decided for the group & only the leader needs to register his/her name for the competition.

  • Applicants must submit their entries only via the application modes mentioned by the organizers or the HR of your corporate. Entries/ Registrations by any other means will not be considered.

  • All the decisions taken by the judges to decide the winners are final. The comments or feedback offered for the participant is not the final decision.

  • A participant cannot, in any way, converse or communicate with any of the judges in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd round before the final judgment.

  • In the event of a tie, the judges will give a secret vote on overall performance, style, and impact of the act/performance.

  • A contestant may be disqualified immediately from any level of the competition if he or she commits any act that would adversely affect CTC, or any of its partners, or their organizational value.

  • Basic technical setup will be provided by CTC which will be same for all the participants. CTC team will not be obligated to provide any additional / special technical requirements (i.e. sound, light, stage, sets, props etc.) to any individual.

  • The pre-performance set up time allotted to participants will be same for everyone.

  • Organizers will not permit any instrument which disturbs the technical setting of the event and prior information has to conveyed to the organizers if the need be, Contact your HR or call the help line.

  • The participant will be entitled to bring their own support team/crew for round 1 & 2 audition, (makeup artist, costumes, volunteers etc. if required/if any.)

  • All performances must be done in good taste. No offensive performances will be permitted and will be disqualified immediately.

  • The participant can freely choose to have the same performance on eliminations and finals or have a different performance as per their discretion.

  • Participant can perform in any language for any of the category at all stages.

  • Each participant will be given a time slot or will be informed to report at a reporting time for auditions during which he/she would have to perform. Alterations of time slots are discretionary to organizers.

  • Only shortlisted participants from the elimination round will be allowed to perform for the next competition round.

  • Organizers will not be responsible for the absence of the participants for any health/general issues of the participants.

  • A contestant may be disqualified for failure to comply with any or all of the rules and regulations.

  • It is the participant's responsibility to check periodically for any changes that may have been posted on social media regarding CTC.

  • Copyrights of all Videos and Images captured/recorded belong to engage4more India private limited.

  • The contents of the Site are intended for your personal, non-commercial use. All materials published on the Site (including, but not limited to news articles, photographs, images and video clips, also known as the "Content") are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by engage4more India private limited or the party credited as the provider of the Content. ELIMINATION GUIDELINES

MUSIC

  • Participant have to bring his/her own instrument and instrument support.

  • No accompaniments may be used. Eg: Synth, drums, etc.

  • Participant may either cover a song, or play their own composition.

  • Only one person per entry, no group or third party registration is allowed for Music category participation.

DANCING-SOLO

  • For solo entries only.

  • Each participant must furnish their own music (on the date of eliminations) on a clean good quality CD/DVD or a Pen Drive marked with contestant name and number, cued and ready to start. It is recommended that you bring a second tape or CD as a backup in the event of a malfunction of original.

  • The participant can/must arrange for any props that they may require for the performance.

DANCING-GROUP

  • For team entries, the maximum size should not be more than 8 team members.

  • Each participant must furnish their own music (on the date of eliminations) on a clean good quality CD/DVD or a Pen Drive marked with contestant name and number, cued and ready to start. It is recommended that you bring a second tape or CD as a backup in the event of a malfunction of original.

  • The participant can/must arrange for any props that they may require for the performance

SINGING

  • Background music will not be allowed during eliminations and judgment will be plainly on the participant's voice/vocals.

  • No musical aids like guitar, piano etc. will be allowed during Intra audition or Inter City Audition.

  • The participant will be judged solely on vocals and other judging parameters during their audition.

ROCKSTAR- CORPORATE BAND

  • For band entries, the maximum size should not be more than 10 team members.

  • Duration of performance should not exceed more than 10 minutes.

  • The Band members have to bring his/her own instrument and instrument support for the audition performance.

  • Any props required are to be brought by the participant or the team on the date of eliminations.

  • Participating corporate to nominate a band from their respective organization to represent in the corporate band category. Only one band to be nominated from each corporate.

  • The Audition will be conducted at the second round i.e. the City Finale Audition and there would be one winner from Pan India participation. This will be to the highest scorer amongst Pan India band participation.

  • The selection of corporate band for the India grand finale will be decided at the second round i.e. post the City Finale Audition (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore & Pune).

GROUP THEATRE ACTING

  • For team entries, the maximum size should not be more than 8 team members.

  • Duration of performance should not exceed more than 6 minutes.

  • The act/performance needs to be prepared based on a theme which will be provided by Team CTC. Please connect with your HR for any concern.

  • Any props required are to be brought by the participant on the date of eliminations.

  • Background music is allowed.

  • Corporate to nominate the participating group to represent the corporate in the Group theatre act category.

  • The audition and selection of group theatre act for the India grand finale will be conducted at the second round i.e. post the City Finale Audition (Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, and Bengaluru).

  • Each participant must furnish their own background music/sound effects as per their requirement on a clean good quality CD/DVD or a Pen Drive marked with contestant name and number, cued and ready to start. It is recommended that you bring a second tape or CD as a backup in the event of a malfunction of original.
